This window displays all training history for training courses created in Preceda.
This field displays the Course that the selected employee was enrolled in.
This field displays the course session number for the selected employee. This field is greyed out unless a Course ID is selected.
Enter the date the training was started.
Enter the date the Training was completed.
The grade (e.g. Credit, Pass, Fail, Incomplete) awarded to the employee at the time the session was completed is displayed and can be changed.
This field displays the calculated value of the hours spent, if the Training Hours for the employee were entered into the Time Entry window.
Defaults from the information entered into the Eligible Hours field on the Training Courses window.
This field displays the rate code that was selected when the Training Course was created.
This field displays the $value attached to the rate code.
This value is assumed to apply to the training course as a whole value for the entire course, regardless of duration and the number of attendees, to the value should be maintained to reflect true costs.
Defaults to the Org Unit setup against the employee's record.
This can be changed to reflect the area to which the cost of the course for this employee should be charged.
Defaults to the Department code setup against the employee's record.
This can be changed to reflect the area to which the cost of the course for this employee should be charged.
Defaults to the Account code setup against the employee's record.
This can be changed to reflect the area to which the cost of the course for this employee should be charged.
Comments about the training.

This code is entered when the course is completed to indicate the employee's level of satisfaction with the course attended.
