This option is designed to allow for the setup of Rating Codes to be used by employees to rate their satisfaction with the type and level of training they have been given for a particular course.

Rules and Guidelines

• This information is attached to the training course (on the drill down) on the employee's Training History window.

Field Information

Code*

Enter a code of up to 4 characters that represents the Training Satisfaction Code.

Description*

Provide a description of the Training Satisfaction code.

Ranking

Enter the level of satisfaction attached to this code, from 1 to 99, with 1 as the highest.
