Specify if this course eligible under the Training Guarantee Act or not.
A set of Field of Training codes is provided based on Australian Bureau of Statistics category codes.
The developer of the course. This person must have been setup as a Trainer.
This is the number of days scheduled for this course
Part days can be entered using decimals (e.g. 50 is half a day).
Eligible Hours are used to calculate employees' salaries and wages. This includes any internal trainers.
The number of hours required to prepare the course.
The number of hours required for course follow up and is used in reports to show the total cost of hours involved in a course, such as Expenditure by Org Units and Training Budget Variance reports.
The number of hours that are not TGA eligible, e.g., time taken as a break.
A Training Rate Code describes how often the rate should be applied to the hours for the course. e.g. an hourly rate, daily rate or fee per course.
When the Rate Code is selected the value attached to the code is displayed and can be changed.
Has the course been approved?
The name of the person who has, or who will, approve the course.
The date the course was created.
The date approval was given for the course.
The date the course is due for review.
If maintained, a report can be setup to track courses which should be reviewed regularly.
The objectives of the training course can be recorded as free form descriptive text.
