This window calculates the average hours employees have worked based on defined rules.

• No prerequisites

Rules and Guidelines

• The calculated average hours are used as part of leave liability reporting.
• Average Hours calculations can be linked to an employee during the Hire process or through the Average Hours Summary window.

Enter the calculation date.

• The calculation of Average Hours is based on the Earnings History and therefore can only calculate up to the last date the employee was paid.

 

Select Run Process to begin the calculation.

• On completion, an Employee Average Hour calculation detailing the old and new average hours is produced.
