Recipient Details

This window is used to setup the individual recipients that are connected to an Allow/Deduct Type.

  • Fill in the mandatory fields.

Field Information

Enter a code of up to 10 characters that represents the Recipient.

Enter a description of the Recipient Code.

This field displays the Allow/Deduct Type that will connect any A/D code with the same A/D type.

Enter the Recipient Identifier as supplied by the recipient.

If the Recipient is a Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF), the Recipient Identifier is the Electronic Service Address (ESA), and becomes a mandatory field.

  • An ESA is an alias used by your SMSF that represents the uniform resource locator (URL) or internet protocol (IP) address of a messaging provider.
  • An e-mail address is not an active ESA.

 

Enter the Recipient Description as supplied by the recipient.

Enter your member number.

Enter the address and Phone Number Details of the recipient in these fields.

Select from the dropdown the Plan ID, if importing these details.

Specify the recipient's ABN/SPN number.

This is the recipient's Superannuation Product Identifier Number or Unique Superannuation Identifier.

Specify the name of the person to contact.

Enter the email address used for correspondence purposes.

This is the date provided by the recipient to verify they are registered with the ATO.

This field is only used for reporting purposes.

This field is used for SuperStream and reporting purposes.

Select the Bank, State & Branch number to be used for this record.

  • Note: If Pay Recipient Via field is set to P - BPay, the BSB Number will default to 999999.

This can be recorded for information purposes only.

For SuperStream purposes, this is the recipient's bank account number.

Note: If Pay Recipient Via field is set to P - BPay, this field represents the recipient's BPay Biller Code.

This can be recorded for information purposes only.

For SuperStream purposes, this is the recipient's bank account name.

Tick this box to signify that the recipient is a Self-Managed Super Fund for SuperStream purposes.

  • SMSF Alias: If the Self-Managed Super Fund is ticked, the Recipient Identifier will become a mandatory field where the SMSF ALias will be stored, e.g. AUSPOSTSMSF.
