Super Transfer Parm
This window is used to establish Superannuation Transfer details.
Prerequisites
Rules and Guidelines
- Multiple sets of Superannuation transfer details can be setup.
- Each record is identified by a unique Plan ID and record include the following information:
- Plan ID
- Interface Produce Code
- Output File Name
- Output Tape Volume
- Output Tape Density
Field Information

This is the Plan ID as supplied by the Superannuation Fund Administrator.

This is the Superannuation Fund to be processed.

This is the output file name.
- If supplying information to the fund administrator by file, the file name for the output is specified.
- Unique field names should be used if more than one plan is created.

This is the output Tape Volume (only if the information is to be supplied via tape or cartridge).

This is the output Tape Density (only if the information is to be supplied via tape or cartridge).

The Allowance/Deduction codes that are used for this superannuation fund to be included in each transfer group.
- Eight rows are available to enter Allowance/Deduction codes.
- Each row represents a different category depending on the Fund's requirements.
- A description can be entered for each category.

Example:
Row 1 = Contribution Group 1 = Employer Contributions
Row 2 = Contributions Group 2 = Employee Contributions - Pre Tax
Row 3 = Contributions Group 3 = Employee Contributions - After Tax
- The Allowance/Deduction codes that are applicable to each category are specified.
- The various groups of 1 to 8 are used for different purposes by each fund administrator.
