    NC   Numeric employee number with Modulus 10 check digit (6 characters)
    NE   Numeric employee number with Modulus 11 check digit (7 characters)
    Blank   Alphanumeric employee number, including spaces (6 characters)
Print Control 1 16 Y   Suppress printing of warning message if Account Number not found in the Control File
    N Print warning message. This applies to batch maintenance only
Print Control 2 17 Y   Suppress printing of warning message if Job Title Code not found in the Control File
    N Print warning message. This applies to batch maintenance only
Print Control 3 18 Y   Suppress printing of warning message if Job/Department code not found in the Control File
    N Print warning message. This applies to batch maintenance only
Effective Date 21 Y   Effective date required for employee maintenance

52.2 Weeks Per Year 23 Y   Use 52.2 weeks in the year for pay rate calculations
