Before Payrun Backup

This window will backup the necessary data prior to processing a Payrun and provide a means of recovery should anything go wrong with the Payrun.

Rules and Guidelines

• There are two types of backup: the before payrun backup PAYBEF and the after payrun backup PAYAFT.
• The PAYBEF can be run at any stage before the Calculate Payrun process.
• There are two styles of backups available:-

1. Full - This will backup the whole database.
2. Partial - This will backup only the employee's and any files that are affected by the current Payrun.

• On-Demand client databases are set to Partial and must not be changed.

Select Run Process to begin the backup.
