This window is used to define the backup requirements for backups performed throughout Preceda.
This section allows for backup details to be setup for file library's before the Payrun process is started. It is important that a backup of the file library is performed before the Payrun processing, as it may be needed to rerun a payrun or part of a payrun.
Before Payrun Backup
Code | Description |
---|---|
Y | The Before Payrun Backup is to be performed. If the Payrun Process is started before running this backup, a warning message is issued during the Payrun that a backup was not performed. |
N | The Before Payrun Backup is not to be performed. A warning message about the backup is not issued during the Payrun. |
This section allows for backup details to be setup for Employee Files to be included when the Close Payrun option is run.
After Payrun Backup
Code | Description |
---|---|
Y | The After Payrun Backup is performed automatically at the end of the Payrun. Preceda requests the backup device when it is required. |
N | The After Run Backup is not to be performed. |
This section allows for backup details to be defined for Preceda Libraries.
