Prevar *WORKFLOW_OPTIONS

Maint Position Position Description Default Options/Value
  1 Store Hire Workflow Control Settings

N = Do not initiate the Hire Workflow by the Hire Wizard
       

Y = The Hire Workflow is initiated by the Hire Wizard

  2 Enable Hire Workflow during Mapper import   N or Blank = Disable Hire Workflow during Mapper Import
        Y = Enable Hire Workflow during Mapper Import and update the next available employee number.
       

The Hire wizard is only triggered when the following Mapper New Hire files are uploaded.

  • M999777 - Hire Wizard
  • M999777NZ - Hire Wizard (NZ)
  • M999777BK - Hire Wizard with Bank Details
  • M999777BKNZ - Hire Wizard with Bank Details (NZ)
