Organisation Levels

This defines the levels for each organisation unit. Each level within the structure is defined potentially, starting with the company to the various branches, department and division levels, etc.

Rules and Guidelines

  • Example of an Organisation Structure
  • Up to nine organisational levels may be used.
  • Levels within the structure must be inclusive and levels cannot be missed.
  • Organisation Levels established in this module do not relate to those set up in the Level Code Descriptions window under the Administration Reference area.
  • Every organisation unit must Belong To an organisation unit from a higher level to create a hierarchy.
  • The organisation level descriptions for each employee are only displayed on the Position window.
