Payrun Messages

This screen consolidates and displays the messages relating to Payrun Dashboard for easier review and correction. This obtains the messages (Error, Warning, Information) from 18 reports, and displays them in the browselist by Rating (High, Medium, Low) and Groups (e.g. Masterfile, Payrun, Termination).

Rules and Guidelines

  • You can download all messages for offline review/ archive.
  • The browselist can be filtered by choosing the Message Rating and Message Group via the Search option's prompt lists.
  • Aside from Messages, you can further filter via the filter option and indicating the ID Number and/or Report Name.
  • Clicking any count (except 0) on Payrun Dashboard's Messages Group Box directs to this screen with the filtered list based on the count (Group-Severity) clicked from the Dashboard.

Field Information

This enables you to filter the messages in the browselist, whether to display all or a specific type and/or group.

Select from the prompt list the records you would like to show in the browselist by choosing the Message Rating and/or Message Group.

Clicking this button downloads the messages on the browselist.

If your browselist has been filtered (i.e. by Rating-Group), clicking this button downloads a csv containing the filtered message.

Clicking this button directs you to the Payrun Dashboard screen.

This indicates the severity of the message (High-30, Medium-20, Low-10).

This shows the message group it belongs to (e.g. Payrun, Leave, Masterfile).

This displays the actual message.

This displays the employee's Identification Number.

This displays the employee's Name.

This displays the employee's Report Name.

This provides you with the link to the screen to correct the message. Clicking the link directs you to the predefined screen.

This pertains to the version of the employee. This is a field that can be selected.

This will be the pay slip number relating to the message.
