Information relating to an employee's prior working history outside of the current organisation (i.e. length of service, position held, etc.) can be recorded on this window.

This is the previous employer's company name.

This is a description of the previous company's industry (e.g. manufacturing, hospitality etc.).

This refers to the Industry Type that relates to the industry description.

These are the dates when the employee started and left his/her previous company.
