Information relating to an employee's prior working history outside of the current organisation (i.e. length of service, position held, etc.) can be recorded on this window.

  • Fill in the mandatory fields.
  • Information entered on this window are accessible to the employee when logging in Employee Self Service.

Field Information

This is the previous employer's company name.

This is a description of the previous company's industry (e.g. manufacturing, hospitality etc.).

This refers to the Industry Type that relates to the industry description.

These are the dates when the employee started and left his/her previous company.

Note: These fields will become mandatory if Mapper is being used.

 

Drill-down Options

This refers to the reason the employee left his/her previous company.

This is the last position held by the employee.

This is the job title of the last position held by the employee.

Input comments about the previous company.
