Security Profile Access

The report created through this window lists all employees in the database, the Security Group that they belong to, and the Organisation Structure they are linked to via their position.

  • No prerequisites

Rules and Guidelines

  • This window checks if employees are linked to the correct Security Profile.
  • The system will only select Security Profiles that have no Action.

File Information

A Security Profile will only appear if the Action field in the View/Change Partitions window is blank.

 

Select report sequence for each report. Leave blank to not create report.

Select the sort option when reporting on employee attached to the selected security profile.

Sequence by Organisation Unit

 

Select the sort option when reporting on positions attached to the selected security profile.

Sequence by ID

Select the sort option when reporting on external personnel attached to the selected security profile.

Select Run Process.
