Populate Average Hour Detail
When initially setting up, Average Hours for Leave Calculations details are added to the Average Hours Detail file for averages hours to be calculated.

- This window is environment specific.

By default, terminated employees will not be included in this process. If, however, there is a need to perform this action for a terminated employee, their ID Number must be entered onto the Average Hours Selection screen.
Field Information
Clear Average Worked Hours*
During any testing phase, there may be details in the Average Hours Selection window. This field enables them to be cleared before populating with new details.

Y | Clear all existing details for the selected employee and recalculate. |
N | Do not clear existing details. |
From and To Week Ending Date*
Average Hours details will be calculated using Earnings between the From and To Week Ending Date.
