Compliance Details
This window is used to assign Compliance details (e.g. events, certifications) to an employee.
Compliance details can be recorded against employees, either during the Hire process or manually. These events may be required by the employer as part of the employment agreement (e.g. a Police Check/ Clearance where the employee is required by law to undertake prior to granting employment, or a construction company requiring the staff to be a member of a union).

- Compliance details can be compulsory or optional. Any compulsory events will automatically appear during the Hire process.
- Compliance details can be assigned to existing or new employees.
- This window is used for existing employees while the Compliance Details under the Hire Wizard is used for new employees.
- This window is divided into two sections: Compulsory Events and Optional Events.
- Compulsory events for new employees is displayed automatically and must be completed based on their configuration.
- Optional events can be entered at any time.
- Events are assigned to the Event Classification. Event Classification establishes the group of events. An Event Classification may be a legal requirement and may consist of events such as First Aid Certificate or Police Check.
- A Status code is used to track the progress and result of compliance.
- For OnDemand Clients, please contact your Hosted Administrator to have this feature activated.
Field Information
This section displays any Compulsory Event that must be completed.
This displays all compulsory events.
This displays the status of the event.
This is the date the event started.
During the setup of the event, the Date Required can be nominated to display. If Y is selected, this field will show the event date. If flagged as N, the event date can be entered.
This is the date this event is due to expire.
During the setup of the event, the Expiry Date Required can be nominated to display. If Y is selected, this field will show the event date. If flagged as N, the event date can be entered.
Enter any comment regarding the compulsory event.
This section allows for events to be added manually for new and existing employees.
This is a selected optional event.
This is the status of the event.
This is the date the event started.
This is the date the event is due to expire.
