Compliance Details

This window is used to assign Compliance Details to an employee. Once entered, this information can be viewed and changed from the Compliance Detailswindow.

 Rules and Guidelines

  • This window will only appear in the Hire process if Prevar setting *PP_COMPL_DETL is set to Y.
  • This window is divided into two sections: Compulsory Events and Optional Events.
  • Compulsory events for new employees is displayed automatically and must be completed based on their configuration.
  • Optional events can be entered at any time.

Field Information 

This section displays any Compulsory Event that must be completed.

This displays all compulsory events.

This displays the status of the event.

This is the date the event started.

During the setup of the event, the Date Required can be nominated to display. If Y is selected, this field will show the event date. If flagged as N, the event date can be entered.

This is the date this event is due to expire.

During the setup of the event, the Expiry Date Required can be nominated to display. If Y is selected, this field will show the event date. If flagged as N, the event date can be entered.

This section allows for events to be added manually for new and existing employees.

This is the selected optional event

This is the status of the event.

This is the date the event started.

This is the date the event is due to expire.
