Employment Type

Employment Types are recognized by the Payrun and affect the taxing of employees. It is also used for statistical and headcount reporting in the Organisation module.

  • No prerequisites

Rules and Guidelines

  • Codes C, E, P T and T are provided by default.
  • Only the description can be changed.
  • Legislation requires the relevant employment type to be displayed on the employee's pay slip
  • If using the Occ Super Criteria option, Employee Type can only be Permanent, Temporary or Casual.
  • If other Employment Types are added, they are treated as Permanent employees.
