Associate Groups/Certifications with Employee

This window is used to group commonly used certifications together, so that when certifications are linked to an employee, a group can be allocated instead of individual certifications.

Prerequisites

Rules and Guidelines

  • Group codes and certifications are assigned to an employee.
  • When an employee is selected any existing codes are displayed.

Field Information

The group code assigned to the selected employee.

Certification Codes that are not in the Group are individually selected.
