Distribute Reports via Console

Report Manager may be used to distribute any spoolfile that can be accessed via Console. To distribute reports through the Console, the following steps should be taken:

1. Open the Console.
2. Access the spoolfile to be distributed.
3. Click the Distribute a Spoolfile icon on the console toolbar.
4. If you have previously set up Distribution Rules, you can choose from an existing list. Otherwise, enter a name for your new distribution rule.
5. If you would like, you can split the report prior to distribution.

6. You can edit the distribution list by clicking on Edit List.
