Workforce Turnover

This report shows the Turnover for all levels of the business structure in a given period.

Extract Name

To access this report, select PP_UNPLAN TURNOVER from the File, Open menu within Extractor.

Prerequisites

• Reference tables on Employment Type Mapping, Change Reasons Mapping, Leave Types Mapping, Termination Reasons Mapping, and Workforce Hours Code Mapping, under Talent > Reference > Workforce, need to be maintained.

• The Job on Process Workforce Management Reports window must be run prior to running this report.

Report Features

• This shows Headcount total, and percentages for Turnover.
• This displays the total of management and staff.
• Previous, current, and year to date figures are displayed.
• The user can nominate the date and company levels.
