Self Service User Reports
This window is used to identify users who are linked to a Group Profile and users who are not linked to a Group Profile.
Prerequisites
- Group Profiles should be setup and linked to employees.
Rules and Guidelines
- The information printed on the reports includes the User ID, ID Number and User Name.
Field Information
Report Type
Select one of the following options:

This report prints all users who are linked to a Group Profile and the profile that the employees are linked to. A Group Profile can be selected or if the field is left blank, all users with a Group Profile attached will be printed.

This report prints all users who are not linked to a Group Profile.
