YTD Figures Report

This report lists the Year-to-Date figures for the company sorted by Level Code.

  • YTD Gross, Tax and Net
  • Employee Active or Terminated
  • YTD Hours and Hours value
  • YTD Allowances and Deductions

 

At the end of the report, the following is listed:

  • Total Gross, Tax and Net for Company
  • Total Hours, Hours value for Company
  • Total Allowances and Deductions for Company

 

Additional Information is listed:

  • Employee Statistics
  • Total employee records in Company
  • Total Terminated, Reinstated, Deleted, Active employees
  • Total Males, Females
  • Totals by Employment Type - Management, Indirect, Direct
  • Totals by Employee Type - Permanent, Temporary, Casual

 

Field Information

This is the status of the employees to be included in the report.

  • Active Employees Only
  • All Employees
  • Terminated Employees only

 

Include employees with zero YTD balances?

Code Description
N Do not include employees with zero YTD balances.
Y Include employees with zero YTD balances.

 

If left blank, employee with zero YTD balances are included in the report.

The Payrun Group is only nominated if the user is not assigned to a Pay Environment.

  • If users are assigned to a Pay Environment, the assigned Payrun Group is displayed by default.
  • If the field is left blank, all Payrun Groups are selected
