Payroll Exchange (PEX)

The Payroll Exchange Solution (PEX) has been developed to help satisfy the need of multinational corporations who are looking to unify their access to various outsourced services across different countries and to provide them with a global overview of their payroll through a Single User Interface. This solution seamlessly connects the company's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) of choice using a unified role-based User Experience (UX) and provides a Single Point of Contact to all payroll-related queries.

Payroll Exchange stores and manages documents through the Document Management System. This System allows the storing and uploading of employee pay slips, local statutory documents, corporate files, and so on.

 

Preceda now includes the ability to be an outsourced Payroll service that is part of a Payroll Exchange solution for multinational corporations.

If clients are using Payroll Exchange to connect their HRIS to the Preceda Payroll service, then the Preceda Payroll Service can be configured to handle the following tasks:

  • Automatically receive and process requests from Payroll Exchange to:
    • Hire an employee;
    • Change basic personal and payroll information for an employee such as address details, bank details, payment details;
    • Initiate a termination workflow for an employee; and
    • Re-hire a terminated employee.
  • Automatically send the following information back to Payroll Exchange:
    • Employee Pay slips in PDF form;
    • A Wage report (in a global standard format compatible with other Payroll services);
    • A Costing/finance file (equivalent to the Preceda G/L file); and
    • Payment Summaries for Employees.
