About Preceda AtWork

The Preceda AtWork program is an employee benefits program, accessible via Managers Self Service and Employee Self Service. This program enables employee's access to discounts on major brands such as Hoyts Cinemas, Apple Computers, Harvey Norman, and many more.

Employees are provided with a unique membership number where they can login and view the many special offers available.

 

Setup

  1. Users of MSS are granted permission to the rewards program by flagging the AtWork Access field to Y, from the Define Users window. ESS users are granted permission by also flagging the AtWork Access field to Y, from the Self Service Users each employees is allocated a membership number and the start date defaults to today's date or the employee's hire date.
  2. The Define User and Self Service User fields include, AtWork Access, Membership Number, AtWork Start Date, Send Data to Pegasus, Date Start Information Sent and Date Termination Information Sent.
  1. The Self Service Users Maintenance window can be used to apply membership number and access in bulk.

 

Rules and Guidelines

  • The termination process changes the AtWork Access field from the Self Service Users window, for the employee record being terminated to N.
  • When reinstating or reactivating an employee the AtWork Access field must be set to Y manually, if the user is to have access to the program. A new membership number is issued.

 

Enquiries

  • The AtWork Transactions window displays the movement of transactions and costing for running AtWork.
  • The AtWork Licence Details window display licensing details such as, client identifier, employee membership number range, value charged for each new user and month charge per user and current AtWork credit amount, etc.
