Stored Rosters
This option holds the basic shift times.
Prerequisites
- Identify the 6 most common shift times used within the business.
Rules and Guidelines
- The purpose is to create a list of standard shifts which can be used to reduce the effort involved in entering shift times in the employee's primary schedule.
- For each Roster Code created up to six Stored Shift records can be stored.
- Once created these Stored Shifts are unique to each Preceda TIME user and may be viewed and maintained only by the user who created them.
Field Information

The Shift ID Number 1 through 6 which the system allocates to a shift.

The time that work is due to commence.

The time that a meal break is due to commence.

The time that a meal break is due to end.

The time that work is due to end.
