Workforce Headcount

This report shows the Headcount for all levels of the business structure for a given period, including the split between staff and management.

Extract Name

To access this report, select PP_HEADCOUNT from the File, Open menu within Extractor.

Prerequisites

• Reference tables on Employment Type Mapping, Change Reasons Mapping, Leave Types Mapping, Termination Reasons Mapping, and Workforce Hours Code Mapping, under Talent > Reference > Workforce, need to be maintained.

• The Job on Process Workforce Management Reports window must be run prior to running this report.

Report Features

• This displays full time, part time and casual employee headcount.
• Previous, current and year to date figures are displayed.
• The user can nominate date and company levels.
