Tax Details
This window produces a report on tax file number details, excluding the tax file number itself.
The report lists the following information:
- ID Number
- Employee Report Name
- Status
- Tax Code
- Supplementary Tax Code
- Special Tax Rate
- Dependants Concession
- Tax Zone
- Zone Rebate
- Extra Tax Amount (from Allowance/Deductions)
- No Tax File Number or invalid Tax File Number
Rules and Guidelines
- Tax file numbers can be validated by using the Validate button on the Tax Information window.

Employees whose Year End Processing Status is either F (Fully Processed) or P (Partially Processed) will not appear on the report.
Report Parameters

There are four selections available:
Selection | Description |
---|---|
List All | List all employee records |
List All and Highlight No Tax File Numbers | Lists all employee records and highlights those employees with no tax file numbers |
List Invalid Tax File Numbers | Lists only those employees with invalid tax file numbers. A separate report also lists employees whose tax file numbers contain recursive digits. Each tax file number entered against the tax file number algorithm supplied by the ATO is checked and reports any tax file numbers that are invalid. |
List Only No Tax File Numbers | Lists only those employees with no tax file number. |
Select Run Process to produce the Employee Tax Details report.
