Leave Entitlements

This window displays your annual leave entitlements as well as other details relevant to your leaves.

Field Information

This field displays the type/s of leave that you are entitled to (e.g. Sick Leave, Annual Leave).

This field indicates the exact date up to which the specified leave balances have been calculated.

This field displays the pro-rata leave allocation based on the number of periods since the last anniversary of your start date.

This field indicates the balance allocated for your entitlements at the last anniversary date.

This field indicates the amount of leave taken.

This field displays the number of leaves that you have left.

This refers to the sum of the net entitlement, current pro rata and last year's pro rata, and is maintained automatically. This cannot be altered.
