Dashboard Access

This window allows for nominated Dashboards to be viewed for a selected Access Profile. Refer to Dashboards for more information.

Prerequisites

Rules and Guidelines

• Fill in the mandatory fields.

Field Information

Dashboard ID

Using the drop-down box search and select the Dashboard that will appear for the selected Access Profile

Dashboard Access

If a Dashboard is not selected, it will take on the same functionality as the N option.

Code	Description
Y	Allow access to the selected Dashboard and allow for this dashboard to be added as a Gadget.
N	Access to the selected Dashboard is not allowed. Users with this Access Profile will not be able to select this Dashboard from the Add Gadgets option.
