SGC Processing From and To Dates

The following rules apply when considering the From and To Dates

1. The From and To dates must be within the same calendar month

• 1/7 to 31/7

2. Program Control Option PAY29

• Position 18 controls if the calculation process uses the Week Ending Date or the Payment Date from the Header setup as part of the payrun.
• Position 19 controls if the calculation process uses all the hours entered in Time Entry or only those hours flagged in the Hours Type window with a Y in the Include in Super Gross held.
• Position 21 controls if the qualification calculation process used the data entered on the SGCS & W option to calculate eligibility

3. If an entry has been made into the Date Processing Criteria option, a message may be displayed when the record is saved, to warn that the dates entered are in advance of set parameters.
