Redundancy Threshold

The option holds the redundancy threshold values for terminations.

Prerequisites

• The Annual Leave post 17/8/93 where Redundancy = N must have an Hours Code set to No Pay Annual Leave. This field can be found on the Leave Paid Defaults Terminations window.

Rules and Guidelines

• Values are updated as part of the Tax Table changes at end of each financial year end.

Field Information

Initial Threshold

The Flat $ value used in the calculation of redundancy pay.

 

Each Year of Service

The value added to the Initial Threshold flat $ value for each year of service.
