This displays the selected Employee Termination Pay (ETP) Code.

Code	Description
DD	Death Benefit - Dependant (D)
DN	Death Benefit - Non Dependant (N)
DT	Death Benefit - Trustee (T)
LB	Life Benefit - Excluded (R)
LN	Life Benefit - Non Excluded (O)
TF	Tax Free

 

Age From and To

This the age range based on the corresponding threshold before the percentage is obtained.

Threshold From and To

This is the dollar threshold for the tax percentage.

Percentage

This is the percentage of tax based on the threshold.
