Enter a code of up to 3 characters that represents the Leave Accrual Selection.
Payrun Group
Select the Payrun Group that will include employees for the accrual calculation.
If the field is left blank, all Payrun Groups will be included.
Selection Description*
Enter a description of the selection criteria.
Pay Frequencies to include
Leave Accruals can be nominated to include or exclude employees by Pay Frequencies.
Select either All Frequencies or select a combination of the other options.
Classifications to Process
Leave Accruals can be nominated to include or exclude selected leave classifications in the accrual calculations.
Select either All or select a combination of the other options.
Employment Type
Up to four employment types can be included in the Leave Accrual processing; select All to include all employees that meet the other selection criteria.
Employee Numbers
Up to eight individual employees can be included in the Leave Accrual processing .
To include all employees that meet the other selection criteria, leave the field blank.
Level Codes
A combination of level codes can be selected to produce a valid report.
Leave the fields blank to include all levels.
