Time Card Print

This window prepares the data entered in the Entry window for Payrun Processing, runs validation and edit procedures to check data, and generates edit reports that detail any errors found.

Prerequisites

• Payrun Header must be set first.

Rules and Guidelines

• The Edit process can be run as many times as necessary to ensure that all is correct before proceeding.
• If any Time Details are altered after the calculate Payrun stage, without doing a Reset of the Payrun, the changes are not reflected in the Edit Reports.
• A message is generated by Preceda advising that the Audit Reports are a reprint only.
• A message will be displayed if a backup has not been taken.
• Any errors found in any of the produced reports should be corrected in Time Entry and this process re-run.

Automatically Generated Reports

 

PRE208	This provides detail of the error warning messages generated by the Validation process. If the Print Time Entry process is run more than once in a Payrun, this report will not be re-run unless the Header has been changed in any way.
TCPPRB - PMA380	This report lists the detail of all entries made for Prepayments and Rebanks and will indicate if an entry is out of balance.
TCHAD - PMA380	This report provides details of all the hours, allowances and deductions entered for each employee. It also lists the details of any employee whose time details have been entered and suspended from the Payrun.
TCHDR - PMA380	This report provides details of the run Header as entered for the Payrun being processed.
TCLCAT	Labour Cost Adjustments/Transfers This report provides Level 2 to 5 information on Costing Adjustment.
PRE278PR	Hours Exception Report If parameters have been setup in the Payrun Exceptions window and in Program Control option PAY34 position 44, this report provides a list of employees whose hours worked exceeds a given number.
PRE920	Workers Compensation Exception Report If parameters have been setup in Program Control option PAY34, position 46 and entered the relevant details in the Comment field for Workers Compensation in the Entry window, this report lists all employees with a payment with an Hours Type Code of W. The report highlights any discrepancies between workers payment hours and lost hours as well as transactions with no Doctor's Certificate.
