Personal Details

This window is used to maintain information about an external Personal captured during the Add External Personnel wizard.

Prerequisites

• Classification of External People

Rules and Guidelines

• Name, address, and contact details are maintained on the Personal Details window. The Title, Surname, and Other Names are the only compulsory fields.

Field Information

External ID

This field displays the Person's Identification Number.

• The ID Number is manually maintained.

Classification

The classification that identifies this External Personal as either a volunteer, contractor etc.

Contracting Company

If the external person is a contractor, the contracting company details can be recorded.

Comments

Comments about the External Person are recorded for reference and reporting purposes only
