Clear G/L Posting PTD and Export File

This window allows users to clear the GL9000 file and/or G/L export files that have been created.

  • No prerequisites

Rules and Guidelines

  • If using the Equalisation process this option is also used to clear the GL9000 and GLEQUAL files.
  • G/L Export Files will only exist if the function is initiated.

Field Information

Warning - All data in the Closed Period File GL9000 will be cleared.

Select the required action from the dropdown.

Clear both the GL9000 and the Export files.
Clear Closed Period File GL9000 only.
Clear Export File only.
  • If using the Equalisation process, selecting either of the two options will clear both the GL9000 and the GLEQUAL files.

 

Select the Product Code for your G/L interface.

  • This field becomes enabled only if you have chosen an option that includes Export Files.
  • If there are Export Files to clear they will be displayed.

 

This field displays any export file that need to be cleared.

This field displays the name of the export fields.

Select Run Process.
