The Knowledge Base Template

This section displays the various Toolbar options for every Knowledge Base page.

• Print - Clicking this icon prints the content of the KB Page you are currently in.

• Expand All/ Collapse All - Using the Expand All/ Collapse All buttonopens all drop-down fields to reveal their information (Expand All), and closes all currently opened drop-downs (Collapse All), respectively.

• Remove Highlight - This icon removes the highlighted word/s (i.e. coming from the searched keyword/s).

• Previous Topic - This icon opens the KB Page prior to the currently opened KB Page based on the order of the Table of Contents.

• Next Topic - This icon opens the KB Page that comes after the currently opened KB Page based on the order of the Table of Contents.

This tells you where you are in the Preceda Navigator and the Knowledge Base Table of Contents. This is designed to leave a trail of Breadcrumbs.

This provides description, function or overview of a Preceda screen or any KB Page topic.

This provides information and links to the other modules or screens within Preceda that are required to be configured before the selected screen is used.

This provides information that you should be aware of when using the Preceda screen.

This alerts the user, that if enabled, the currently displayed topic and its fields could be made available to employees when logged in to Employee Self Service.

Information entered on this window could be accessible to the employee when logging in to Employee Self Service.

This section provides a list of all fields within the selected screen as well as their detailed information by selecting and collapsing the drop-down fields.

Field names with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
