Leave History
Leave history details, such as start and end dates, date paid, time off, and the reason for taking the leave, and average hours payment information are viewed and maintained on this window and are generated by the Payrun.

- Leave Accruals Methods - Annual, Sick, Long Service Leave, etc.
Rules and Guidelines
- When an employee is selected, any existing Leave History is displayed.
- Details of Leave History can be recorded/viewed directly on the table or drilled down on the record.
- Information entered on this window could be accessible to the employee when logging in Employee Self Service.
Field Information
This column indicates if an attachment has been provided by the employee as part of the leave application.
This is the Leave Type selected from the choice list.
This is the first day of the leave.
This is the last day of the leave.
This is the date the employee was paid for the leave.
This is the amount of leave time taken in hours, days, or weeks depending on the Hours Type entered.
This is the Hours Type code reflects the Leave Type entered.
This field displays Average Work Hours of the respective employee used for payment calculation as at the leave payment date. This information only available if the corresponding leave payment was made using average hours.
This field displays the total hours paid in this transaction which is calculated based on the Average Work Hours. This information only available if the corresponding leave payment was made using average hours.
This field displays the corresponding Average Payment Rule which was used for the payment processing to determine applicable average hours work. This information only available if the corresponding leave payment was made using average hours.
This is an optional and read-only field that can be added to the browse list.
This displays the Flexibility Payment Type description if the selected Hours Type is linked/ configured with a Flexibility Payment Type option. This is blank for a non-Flexibile Payment Hours Type Code entry.
This is a reason used for Other Leave, with a type of O.
This involves comments relevant to the entry.
Indicate if a Doctor's Certificate is provided.
This is only displayed if the value paid is for sick leave.
This is the Leave Type selected from the choice list.
If the leave transaction is linked to a Flexibility Payment Type, system display corresponding flexibility payment type in front of the leave type. An information icon is displayed next to the Flexibility Payment Type which you can hover over to see additional information related to this transaction

This is the last day of the leave.
This is the amount of leave time taken in hours, days, or weeks depending on the Hours Type entered.

This is only visible when the Hours Type Code has a Flexibility Payment Type.

Hours/Weeks may change depending on the setup as described below:

It will take LSL/User Leave Absolute if it is not blank on Leave Accrual Method.

If LSL/User Leave Absolute is blank and Prevar *PP_LEAVE_UNITS Position 14 = Y, then it will take the value of Unit Type.

The following are the available options for both LSL/User Leave Absolute and Unit Type: H = Hours, D = Days, W = Weeks, M = Months.

Attaching new files is not allowed on this drill-down so when a new leave entry is created from here, the Attachments label and capabilities related to it is disabled.
