Header
Selected Information nominated on this window are displayed as the header record on each of the Steps in the Performance Review workflow.
Prerequisites
- Initial Header information are setup using the Define Template window.
Rules and Guidelines
- Any or all fields can be changed with the exception of the Template ID.
Field Information
This field displays the selected Template Name.
This field displays the current status of the selected Template ID (active, inactive).
This field describes the Template (e.g. Quarterly Performance Review for Sales Department).
This field describes the purpose of the form (e.g. Probation review process for store staff at 4, 8 and 12 weeks after employment).
The Performance Review Workflow to be used with the selected Template
Specify if the results will be recorded in the system or not.

This field, when set to 'Y,' enables the Performance Review within the 9 Box Grid.

Employee to Update Agrees Assessment criteria (Update Stage) | 10 | The employee must complete the First Phase of the workflow within 10 days after workflow is initiated.

Employee to complete Self Evaluation (Input Stage) | 5 | The employee must complete the Input of tasks/Items in the Update Agreed Assessment step of the workflow (ESS) within 5 days of the previous due date.

Manager to complete Evaluation of employee (Review Stage) | 15 | The Reviewer must complete the employee ratings, Agreed Assessment and Comments sections within 15 days of the previous due date.

Employee Feedback Target | 5 | The employee must complete the Feedback task (ESS) within 5 days of the previous due date.

Example:
1. Employee Update must be completed by 4/4/11, 10 days after the start date.
2. Employee Input Target must be completed by 9/4/11 5 days after the previous completion date of the 4/4/11.
3. Reviewer Review Target must be completed by 24/4/11 15 days after the previous completion date of the 9/4/11.
4. Employee Feedback Target must be completed by 29/4/11 5 days after the previous completion date of the 24/4/11.
Item selected in this section will appear on the Details section for each step of the workflow, e.g. if the All option is nominated, the Header/Details Information will be displayed as:
This enables the administrator or manager to control up to what number of days from completion a Performance Review may be reset. This number defaults to 30 days.
If it is still within the period specified in this field, the user may reset the Performance Review workflow back to the previous stage via the Performance Review Team Summary (Completed Reviews) window.
