Stored Rosters

This option holds the basic shift times.

Prerequisites

  • Identify the 6 most common shift times used within the business.

Rules and Guidelines

  • The purpose is to create a list of standard shifts which can be used to reduce the effort involved in entering shift times in the employee's primary schedule.
  • For each Roster Code created up to six Stored Shift records can be stored.
  • Once created these Stored Shifts are unique to each Preceda TIME user and may be viewed and maintained only by the user who created them.
