Performance Reviews Team Summary - Current
The Performance Review Team Summary (Current) tracks the team's performance reviews.
As the employees progress in the Performance review, the current stage of the workflow is displayed in the Status column. In this screen, the manager can be able to monitor the status of each member's Performance Review all in one screen.

- You can view the individual's Performance Review by double clicking the relevant row.
- The Appraise Employee button appears when the team member completes the Self Evaluation and enables you to enter your ratings.
Field Information
This column displays the employee's name.
This column displays the current work flow stage. This includes Default - Initiate, Agreed Assessment, Self Review, Manager Review and Employee Feedback. These descriptions can be changed when configuring the workflow.
This is the action required by the manager. In a manager review, an Appraise Employee Button appears in order for the manager to input the ratings for the employee instead of having to go to the To Do items. At all other times this is blank.
This is the name of the workflow.
This is the organisational unit of the employee.
