Lic/Reg Summary

Details of any licences held by an employee, the class, date, the state issued and expiry dates are recorded using this option. This can also be used to hold other details with an expiry date such as Working with Children, First Aid Accreditation etc.

Prerequisites

Rules and Guidelines

  • When an employee is selected any existing Lic/Reg information is displayed.
  • Details of Licenses or Registrations can be recorded directly onto the table, or drill down on the record.
  • When entering a Lic/Reg Number the Type, Class and State must be entered.
  • Information entered on this window could be accessible to the employee when logging into Employee Self Service.
