Certifications Obtained

This window records and lists all the Certifications that have been obtained for a selected employee.

Prerequisites

Rules and Guidelines

  • The window is divided into two sections, certifications that are required to satisfy employee requirements and Certifications Obtained, this section records those Certification that have already been achieved.
  • Each of the sections can be manually recorded.
  • Each Certification record is denoted by a status with an icon to show gap analysis results. Available status are Obtained, Gap, and Expired.
  • The Valid box will only be tiked if the status is Obtained.

  • The status is Obtained only when the Expiry Date is valid.
  • Detailed information can be accessed by double clicking on the selected line. A comment can be added where applicable.
  • Information entered on this window will be accessible to the employee when logging into Employee Self Service.
