Certifications Obtained
This window records and lists all the Certifications that have been obtained for a selected employee.
Prerequisites
Rules and Guidelines
- The window is divided into two sections, certifications that are required to satisfy employee requirements and Certifications Obtained, this section records those Certification that have already been achieved.
- Each of the sections can be manually recorded.
- Each Certification record is denoted by a status with an icon to show gap analysis results. Available status are Obtained, Gap, and Expired.

The Valid box will only be tiked if the status is Obtained.
- The status is Obtained only when the Expiry Date is valid.
- Detailed information can be accessed by double clicking on the selected line. A comment can be added where applicable.
- Information entered on this window will be accessible to the employee when logging into Employee Self Service.
Field Information
This section of the window records information of certifications that have already been obtained by the selected employee. Records can be manually entered.
It displays the priority of the certification as specified via Groups of Certifications screen, if the Certification Group is associated with the employee. If Priority is left blank via that screen, the Priority will be ‘Required’.
This is the certification that has been obtained.
This is the status of the certification code obtained. Below are the available status and their corresponding icons:

Gap |
When both the Obtained Date and Expiry Date are blank, it means that the required certification does not have a record. When the Obtained Date is after the today's date and the Expiry Date is not applicable, it means that the certification is not yet applicable. |

Gap | No attachment is found to the certification configured to have a required attachment. | |
Expired | The certification has already expired or is no longer valid. |
This is a Reference Number used for reporting purposes.
It displays a tooltip () if an employee has been associated with the same Certification in multiple ways (e.g., via two or more Positions or Groups). Hovering over the tooltip will display the message: Certification associated multiple times.
This is the date the certification was obtained.
This is the date the certification expires.
This is where the attachment to the certification can be attached. To attach, click on the Browse icon and select an attachment from your folders.
This icon only appears when the saved Certification has an uploaded attachment. Click this icon to view the attachment from the screen.
