Maintenance History
Any maintenance or change performed on an employee's personnel records can be viewed on this window. When changes are made to employee's address details, for example, a maintenance history record is kept, which shows the old and new address details and the date the change is made.

Rules and Guidelines
- Information stored on this window is system generated; whenever a change is made, a record is created.
- The records it writes depends on settings held on the Field Numbers window that controls the number of years that the history is kept.
- When an employee is selected, any existing Maintenance History records are displayed.
- A drill-down window is available for each record displaying further information.
- Any changes linked with a future effective date is updated during midnight by a maintenance program, Active Record Rollover. During maintenance program execution, the screen will record the system user as "PRECEDA"; it will also record the rollover date and time.
Field Information
This field displays the number that identifies the field. Field numbers cannot be changed.
- Date of Birth field is number 16.
- User Date fields are numbered 92 to 98 inclusive.
- User Fields are numbered 99 to 109 inclusive.
- Data Extension fields are numbered 201 to 299 inclusive.
- Talent Review fields are numbered 425 to 438 inclusive.
This refers to the previous value of the object changed.
This refers to the present value of modified object.
This is the date when the change is to be made effective.
This field allows the user to state the reason behind the change.
This displays the ID of the user who made the change.
This refers to the date when the change is made.
This refers to the time when the change is made.
This displays the ID of the user who made the change prior to the run of the latest Active Record Rollover.
This refers to the date when the change is made prior to the run of the latest Active Record Rollover.
