Administration

The Administration module is the core of the Preceda Payroll and HR system. It provides employee information on a readily accessible basis that can be viewed and maintained, such as name and address, base pay rate, allowances and deductions, etc.

Historical Information, like position movements, pay rate increases and leave taken is viewed in this module. Bulk maintenance of groups of employees for salary step pay increases or back pay calculations is easily performed.

If used to its full extent, up to date information on the history of an employee's previous employment and achievements and their progress whilst in your employ is maintained.
