Timesheets
This window allows you to enter your timesheet information. Depending on the setup of this window, you will see one of three different types of windows.
Weekly
This format provides a weekly-style calendar for you to enter timesheet information. You must select the day when you need to enter your timesheet information.
- Hours Code - This displays the type of hours (e.g. Normal, Overtime, Sick).
- Hours - This displays the number of hours worked/taken for the Hours Code selected (i.e. this could be 8 hours at normal time or 8 hours of sick leave).
- Leave Reason - If entering time for leave, the corresponding leave reason is displayed.
- Doctors Certificate - If the entered time is for Sick Leave, this filed indicates if a doctor's certificate is provided or not.
- Reference - If this is used by your company, a reference will be displayed.
- Account - If this is used by your company, the appropriate account number will be displayed.
- Department - If this is used by your company, the appropriate department number will be displayed.
- Status - This displays "Request Submitted" when the record is saved and imported.
Monthly
- Hours Code - This field displays the type of hours (e.g. Normal, Overtime, Sick).

Free Format
- Hours Code - This field displays the type of hours (e.g. Normal, Overtime, Sick).
- From Date / To Date - This field displays the date range for the pay period (i.e. if paid on a fortnightly basis, these dates will reflect the start and end dates for the fortnightly pay period).
- Hours - This field displays the number of hours worked/taken for the Hours Code selected (i.e. this could be 8 hours at normal time or 8 hours of sick leave).
- Leave Reason - If entering time for leave, the corresponding leave reason will be displayed.
- Doctors Certificate - If the entered time is for Sick Leave, this field indicates if a doctor's certificate is provided or not.
