Logging into ESS

The Preceda Log On screen requires you to enter your: Username, Password, and in some instances, the Client you have access to.

Enter your System Username.

Enter your System Password.

When your password expires, you will be prompted to change it.

Enter the Client Name.

  • This field may not be present depending on the settings chosen by your Systems Administrator.

  • A window may appear with the text "Loading". If your company has multiple databases and you are authorized to access them, then select a specific Database, then click OK.

  • If you have only one database or you have access to only one database, you will access the main window immediately.

 

For security purposes, the system may automatically log out if there is no activity.

You will then be presented with a Time Out screen (see below image). Click the link "Click here" so you can be directed back to the Log In Page and sign in again.

  • You may use Preceda in Mobile. To switch to Mobile access, click Switch to mobile located at the bottom part of the log on screen.
  • Single URL to log in to ESS, MSS and Super user
  • Option to remember the User Name and retrieve password
  • User will receive an automated email when an account has been created.
