Group Codes provide a flexible option for organising or grouping employees for reporting and processing purposes within Preceda Time.

Rules and Guidelines

Group codes can be used, for example to pro-rata a percentage or fixed hours amount for hours entered for holidays through the Create Mass Entry of Time option.
