Holidays

This option is used to schedule holidays and specify special Time Codes to be used when employees work on those holidays.

Prerequisites

  • A business requirements and or functional requirements document specifying the award conditions must be completed and approved.
  • Daily Rules must be setup.

Rules and Guidelines

  • Holiday records are linked to a Daily Rule Profile.
  • An unlimited number of holiday records can be setup for a Daily Rules Profile.
  • The holiday pay categories can be paid in addition to or replace the pay categories setup in regular overtime routines.
  • The holiday pay categories can also be paid in addition to or replace the pay categories setup in the Holiday Time Code fields in the Premium File.
  • A Daily Rules is selected before any records can be created.
